Hi! For a couple of years I helped out a family friend with their mum who was 90. She needed someone with her majority of the time. We became very close and the family were so appreciative. Unfortunately my friend died last year at 92. Her dementia declined heavily in the last 2 months of her life. In those months I was encouraged to think about doing aged care as a job and now that’s my end of year plan. Do you know any books that I can get that are good for elderly care in the mean time?

I’m glad you’ll be working in geriatrics! I always recommend my book, of course, but there are a ton of books out there about aging and care communities. See this list.
