What is the procedure for permission to print your "16 Things I would Want if I got Dementia" in a form to be handed out as an educational piece in my CCRC community? Could we print it in our monthly magazine? I saw it at a Green House Conference piece by SWBR giving instructions to contact you for permission.I am 78 and you hit the nail on the head!!! Thank you so much!! Twylah Haun,
