My mother-in-law, her sisters and brothers are caring for Granny who's 87 in her home. Granny's dementia started slowly but has/is progressing rapidly. They live in a small town away from the city, choosing to use only her family doctor. Do you have any books, articles, websites for families choosing this option? Phases, should we correct incorrect answers, recommended activities to keep mental and physical cognitive when they can no longer do word search, read and have hearing problems?
Definitely don’t correct incorrect answers. We always want to embrace the reality of people with dementia, aka, go along with their story. A great website
