This looks like a normal desk, but it’s a new Life Skills Station at work for our residents with dementia. Many of them tell us that they “have to go to work,” so this gives them a great outlet. We have one resident in particular who likes to plan “events” for us, so I’ll usually get her involved making notes on the desk calendar. I just set up the computer today after buying it at a Hospice Store. I’m really excited to see what new, interesting moments the computer brings with it.
